Initial Meeting
Initial consultation at the client’s home or business to discuss design ideas, budget, and delivery expectations. This will be a fact-finding session to determine the client’s wallcovering ideas and gather project facts. This is a time to get to know each other and decide how to move forward. The typical meeting usually last about an hour. Larger projects may require longer or more than one appointment.
Selection
There are scores of wallcovering products available to design and complete an installation to meet client needs. The selection of wallcovering products is vast and offers client’s exceptional opportunities to showcase their individual tastes and lifestyles. We will take photos, measurements, and engage in a written agreement with you. You may not know how much things cost, and we can work with you to determine a budget that accomplishes your overall goals. You may choose to work in one room or your entire home or business.

It is critical that a wallcovering installation project be conducted from start to finish with careful attention to detail. Every step of the project will play a significant role in the outcome of the project. From the arrival of Terry to your location to the finished project, our wallcovering attention to detail is what sets us apart from others. We respect your property, privacy and furnishings in your home or business. We protect your assets with drop cloths. We pay close attention to the removal of air registers, outlet covers, etc., so wallcoverings can go behind. If there are existing wallcoverings, it must come down the right way. Should there be any mold or mildew, it must be addressed before the new installation proceeds. Textured walls must be addressed. We use plastic sheeting where necessary to protect client’s furnishings.
